Chief Executive Officer
Lynn leads the Australian Payments Plus team and is focused on ensuring that the company is strategically placed to deliver world class payments for Australia now and into the future.
Adrian Lovney
Chief Product Officer
Adrian leads the Payments and Schemes team which is focussed on delivering products that meet the payments needs of Australian retailers and businesses, incorporating the full range of capabilities within AP+. This includes responsibility for product management and development, payment strategy, scheme management and business operations and delivery.
Dave Ellett
Chief Commercial Officer
Dave leads with the philosophy ‘champion the customer’ through his ownership of strategic commercial relationships, business development and commercial growth activities across AP+, in addition to Brand and Marketing and Communications functions.
Franca Di Blasio-Easter
Chief Risk Officer
Franca leads the Risk Management team at AP+ and drives our commitment to putting effective risk management at the heart of the AP+ culture. She is a strong advocate for risk management as a key enabler of the business that help ensures the strength and security of the payments systems, builds trust and gives innovation a strong foundation from which to flourish.

May holds accountability for all of the core technology systems and processes offered by AP+, both directly and via our key partners.

Nancy leads the legal and governance teams, with responsibilities for legal and commercial issues, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance activities across AP+.

Steve leads the people and culture team across AP+, ensuring our people and our culture are at the forefront of our purpose led organisation, creating an exceptional place to work that delivers next level customer experiences.
Jason Backhouse
Chief Operations and Delivery Officer
Jason leads Operations & Delivery at AP+, driving enterprise-wide delivery, operational excellence and customer-focused support. He plays a pivotal role in balancing risk management with operational effectiveness, underpinning resilience while helping ensure AP+ delivers on its commitments.
