BPAY is offered by over 55,000 businesses, which means you can pay many types of bills including phone, internet, electricity, gas, water, council rates, rent, strata, credit card, insurance and many more.
How to pay with BPAY?
Look out for the BPAY logo
Find the BPAY Biller Code and Customer Reference Number (CRN) on your bill.
Log in to your online banking
Start a payment as you normally would via your online banking.
Enter the BPAY details
Select BPAY, your preferred account and enter the BPAY Biller Code, CRN and amount.
Choose payment date
You can make one-off or recurring payments and schedule them on a date that suits you - as long as you have funds available in your account on the scheduled date. Too easy.
Receive bills with BPAY View
BPAY View® is an easy way to receive and store your bills in your online banking*. ​

You can get reminders before they’re due, and bills are automatically saved for up to 18 months. ​

How to set up BPAY View
- Look out for the BPAY Biller box on your bill and see if a BPAY View Registration Number is available.
- Log in to your online banking. Register to get your bill via BPAY View or contact your bank for assistance.
- Receive and pay your bill, and access past bills at any time.
