NPP Australia Limited

NPP Australia Limited was formed in August 2014 to oversee the build, operation and management of the platform. Below are documents that set out the governance arrangements for the company and participating organisations.

Mandatory Compliance Requirements  

The Independent Commercial & Compliance Committee meets approximately 5 times per year to review cases of non-compliance to the NPP’s Mandatory Compliance Requirements. Determinations for any non-compliance activity and charges, in accordance with the NPP Regulations, are published soon after each committee meeting.

NPP Product Rules
