Two forums. More perspectives. AP+ is here to support the needs of payment users of all kinds, all across Australia. And to make sure more of those users are represented in the work we do, we’ve established the End User Forum and Payment Service Provider Forum to help us do just that.

End User Forum

This forum is an opportunity for end users (or their representatives) to share their thoughts with us directly on the issues that matter most to them. So that we have a real understanding for what matters most to end users as we move Australia’s payments ecosystem forward.

The specific topics covered will be nominated for each forum – and anyone interested in attending can nominate to take part in that forum.

Payment Service Provider Forum

This forum is an opportunity for AP+ to hear directly from payment service providers (PSP's) and other organisations in the payments ecosytem, like token servicers and digital ID service providers.

As we work together for the collective benefit of consumers and businesses in Australia, this forum helps to ensure AP+ has a sound understanding of the issues and future needs of these providers and related organisations.
